Abstract:
This method is suitable to determine raffinose in beet molasses and beet sugar processing samples.
The samples are measured using High Performance Anion-Exchange Chromatography (HPAEC) with a PAD detector, using standard solutions for comparison.
The absolute difference of two results obtained under repeatability conditions should not be greater than 3 g/100 g and under reproducibility conditions not greater than 6 g/100 g.
